How the service works
Firstly, we invite you to visit the showrooms where we will help you to create your wedding list within a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The Felbrigg Design wedding list can be a personal service with assistance from our knowledgeable and experienced staff or you are very welcome to take time to look at everything available and when you have made your choices we will put the list together for you.

Choosing your wedding presents will be an enjoyable experience and it is certainly possible to make all your choices in one visit however, please feel free to take your time over two or three visits to ensure you have made the right choices. Once you have completed your list, we will send or email you a copy allowing you the opportunity to check its contents and make any changes. You will also be able to view your list at any time on this website, which is accessed via your personal password.

The service is very flexible. Should you wish to add to a particular range or items not originally included on your list we would be pleased to include these at any stage.

We suggest that you register your wedding list at least two weeks prior to sending out your invitations so that any relevant information may be included. We will then manage the list on your behalf, taking instructions from guests who wish to purchase presents and keeping you updated on their choices. Ordering and monitoring the quality of items from our suppliers, and arranging gift wrapping, storage and delivery to you as required.

Informing the guests about your Wedding List
The most convenient and effective method of informing your guests as to where your wedding list is held, is a simple card that can be sent with the wedding invitation. We supply elegantly designed cards that give guests all the information they need.

Purchasing gifts
The Wedding List can be viewed on-line, guests will be issued with a password by which to access the website, or we can send the list by post or fax if they prefer. Some guests may wish to see the present that they are considering purchasing and are most welcome to visit our Tetbury showrooms.

Presents may be purchased by telephone, fax, email or on line via our web-site. Purchasing presents through www.felbriggdesignweddinglist.com is quick,
simple and totally secure. Guests may add a personalised message to accompany their present.

Gift wrapping is available at an extra cost of £4.50 per item.

Guests may order presents before or after the wedding date.

Payment may be made by cheque, debit card or credit card, a receipt will be sent to the purchaser as confirmation of payment and choice of present.

Delivery
Gifts will be delivered in accordance with the Bride and Groom’s instructions.

Delivery is free to any UK mainland address if your presents are delivered all at once. If however, you would prefer them to be delivered in stages we shall be happy to provide an estimate on request. We will call you well in advance to arrange a convenient time and date for delivery.

Keeping you informed
Each time a present is purchased, we send you a separate notification by post or e-mail, explaining exactly what has been bought and by whom. We will also attach any personal message from the giver.

Letters or emails are sent out on a daily basis, keeping you fully up to date with your list.

We will be pleased to supply updated copies of your list, along with a full record of what has been purchased and by whom. Alternatively you can access your list at any time by visiting the Bride and Groom section on the website.

Should you wish to purchase any of the items remaining on your list, we will be delighted to offer you a 15% discount off the balance after any gift vouchers have been spent
